Since the Japanese-occupied period, sugar factories all over Taiwan began to have a lot of wooden caravans behind locomotives to carry the finished sugar in bags around factory and place them in the storage; or transporting the sugar in bags from the storage on to the trucks to the TRA train station, then carry them onto TRA’s landship.
