This building was built in 1965, the main building body is strengthen-brick-building, now it is used as a shop. In the early phase, the warehouse buildings in the Taisugar company park are divided into two usage categories： one is to be used as a storage for supplies and fertilizers, and the other is to be used as a storage for sugar. Those buildings were used as a storage place for supplies in earlier stage and now were rebuilt as multifunctional conference room and trading area exhibition space. The indoor floor in the interior of the building is elevated to equate with outside corridor’s floor. The reason for this is to make carrying goods from trucks outside of the building to inside of the building easier because the floor inside the trucks will be the equal height as the floor inside the building.
