(Sugar factory-1： chimney) is located beside the sugar factory and is a reinforced concrete building. The chimney is a representative feature of the sugar factory, also a landmark of Kuangfu Township. It is made of steel plate refractory bricks and was 36 meters-high. It was applied in 1921 when building the factory and is repainted every few years. The factory was reconstructed in 1987, removing the original chimney and then built the 52 meter-high second generation cement-refractory-brick chimney, adding a 1 meter high lightning rod. After the sugar factory stopped producing sugar, the mechanical equipments that remained in the factory are kept as outdoor education items in the sugar industry museum. Inside the factory, there are still bullet marks on steel girders
