Located at the Sugar Culture Area, it was originally a material warehouse and was renovated into the education hall of Taiwan Sugar Corp. in 2011. Introduction on the businesses of various departments of Taiwan Sugar Corp. and their related products were exhibited here.
Also, the chronology of Taiwan sugar industry development, brief history of Taiwan Sugar Corp., and related videos can also be viewed here. This place also serves as a venue for training and conferences.
