Located at the Railway Culture Area, it was built in 1977 and was originally a railway inspection storage.
It was renovated as the Steam Locomotive Exhibition Hall in 2008, exhibiting steam locomotive engines (such as No. 604, No. 326 and No. 364), locomotive engines, old refinery pictures and railway facilities from the early years of Taiwan Sugar Corp. Group reservation guided tour service is available.
